Absolutely. Your data is hosted in Canada on SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure (Supabase + Vercel). Each organization is isolated via Row Level Security (RLS) — no one else can access your comparables or reports. AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. These are the same security standards trusted by major financial institutions and companies such as Stripe, Netflix, and Shopify.

There are no limits on the number of reports. Your subscription includes unlimited creation of appraisals, comparables, and exportable reports. Whether you produce 5 or 500 appraisals per month, the price stays the same.
